Knowledge Organisers
Our curriculum is based on the development of skills and the acquisition of knowledge. Each topic has a Knowledge Organiser. This is shared with the children and the parents and explains the facts the children will have learnt by the end of the topic. They are also used as a tool for assessment, helping the children to commit the knowledge to their long term memory.
Here are some examples of the Knowledge Organisers we use. Each year group will also post their Knowledge Organisers on their class pages of the website.
